Impact Analysis for Cormorants

Green Banks provided consulting to the Army Corps of Engineers regarding management of East Sand Island cormorants in the mouth of the Columbia River. A wetland delineation was completed, vegetation and waterline data were taken, and LIDAR and field maps were developed. Green Banks conducted a wetlands NEPA analysis and drafted and finalized sections of the environmental impact statement for the client.
