Background
Kelly is an accomplished Field Crew Lead who joined Green Banks in 2023. She has led field crews for a multitude of projects ranging from invasive weed management to planting projects. She served as the project lead for the treatment of orange hawkweed (Hieracium aurantiacum), policemen’s helmet (Impatiens glandulifera), bohemian knotweed (Polygonum x bohemicum), and other high-priority invasive weed species throughout Mt. Hood National Forest and Clackamas County. Kelly applies her data entry and collection experience to invasive species location and population density to improve follow-up weed treatment actions.
