Background
Kaitlin joined Green Banks in 2022. Her work as a Natural Resource Technician includes habitat management, vegetation surveying, non-native weed control, and native seeding and planting. She also assists with the management and maintenance of Green Banks’ native plant nursery, which we use for Green Banks’ projects. In addition to being a skilled and experienced technician, Kaitlin has extensive experience gathering data and a diverse knowledge of the horticulture industry. She shares her knowledge and passion for plants through her volunteer work at the Native Plant Society of Oregon and the Citizen’s Rare Plant Watch. When she isn’t working, she enjoys gardening, hiking, reading, cooking, and exploring new restaurants and coffee shops.
