Background
Brandon has worked in the environmental field since 2017, focusing on habitat restoration, wetland mitigation, and environmental management across Oregon and Washington. His experience includes wetland mitigation banking, endangered species habitat restoration, national forest fuel reduction, stream surveys, vegetation monitoring, wetland delineation, and post-fire recovery. In addition to project management and field crew lead experience, Brandon brings expertise in operating and maintaining a wide array of machinery and power tools essential for fieldwork in rugged environments.
Brandon joined Green Banks in 2018, where he serves on projects as a field crew leader, equipment operator, and natural resource technician, in addition to being the primary land manager for Green Banks’ 132-acre site at Dairy Creek Mitigation Bank. He began his natural resource career as an AmeriCorps crew member, working in remote forested areas throughout the Pacific Northwest. His environmental restoration passion, sparked by traveling and camping on public lands across the United States, inspired him to turn his experiences into a career.
